Well, we hope not.  Today’s Fast Friday Tip is a quick reminder to engage  your customers with genuinely useful information a couple times a week without trying to sell them something.  Yes, I said it.  Stop selling for long enough to say hello, ask for feedback, or provide some helpful information.  It’s great for maintaining customers and letting them trust you as an expert in your field.  And there you have it, your Fast Friday Tip.
